So today there is a new photostory, and I've added one of the pix to the gallery along with a click to another page to read more of how I created the shot. Lets hear it for doll time!
The story is just a little thing while I work on Tye's new body. I think this is my favourite from the entire shoot. I love how she manages to look like she's riding it properly. I love this body, so poseable!!
You may notice her tops are all too small, so are her old jeans which is a shame as I had a full wardrobe for her...none of which is now going to fit :( These jeans were borrowed from another doll and I'll have to make some more as soon as I can. I am still researching the vinyl paint as they don't seem to have anywhere it's sold in a shop I can actually go to and compare the shading with her head and body. It's not what you'd call cheap so I'm a bit wary of just making an educated guess at 'tan' versus' light brown' in case it doesn't match at all. In the meantime I dug out a top with longer sleeves (and on her old body that's 'long sleeved' lol)
Her bike I found for all of £1 in a pound shop in town - so pleased with how she can ride it. I've had to glue the back wheel and the pedals into place otherwise it just ran forward, backwards or sideways every time I tried to seat Tye on it lol, I'm pleased with how it looks and of course Tye loves rainbow colours.... Now I'm going to have to find some more for Rory and Shaun!
Anyway thanks for taking the time to read!
Sue (and Tye!)
